This collaboration focuses on the secure management and processing of personal data within municipal organizations. The VNG developed a standard agreement for the processing of personal data together with various municipalities and suppliers. This agreement is mandatory for municipalities entering into new collaborations with suppliers. By using this standard, time is saved and complex discussions regarding data processing are avoided.
GoBright has its own data processing agreeting (dpa) which is even stricter than the VNG standard. This assures municipalities of maximum certainty regarding privacy and security. A joint appendix, approved by both GoBright and the VNG, guarantees that the dpa of the company fully complies with the requirements of the VNG.
