INPRC solves the mystery of dirty toilets with data

May 29, 2026

Many organizations still manage cleaning according to fixed schedules. But visitors do not stick to a schedule. When does it get busy? How does the visitor experience change throughout the day? And when is cleaning actually necessary?

During the Facilities & Building Management Trade Fair, INPRC demonstrates how real-time data helps to manage cleaning quality more intelligently. INPRC translates data on usage and visitor experience into concrete management information for facilities managers and cleaning organizations.

To demonstrate this in practice, INPRC is installing smart sensors and a feedback box in one of the restrooms at the trade fair. Visitors can see live how many people visit a restroom, how the experience develops, and what insights emerge from this. This makes it visible how data helps to steer cleaning in a targeted manner.

In addition, INPRC offers visitors a glimpse into ProRail's case study. The long-standing collaboration between NS Stations, ProRail, and INPRC has led to an improvement in cleaning quality of approximately 15%. By combining data, practical experience, and targeted management, an approach was developed that demonstrably improved cleaning quality.

At the booth, visitors can view live data, discover dashboards, and experience how cleaning can be managed more intelligently. Not cleaning more, but cleaning where it is needed.

Visitors can also attend a lecture on the ProRail case study and discover how real-time insight helps to gain control over quality, visitor experience, and costs.
