The collection process at Eeko consists of the following steps:
- Step 1: Register via the website or by phone. A collection box will be delivered to your location within 48 hours. Specially designed for collecting ink and toner cartridges, mobile phones, and tablets.
- Step 2. When the collection box is full (with at least 20 items), report this by email or phone. Eeko will ensure that the box is collected within 48 hours and a new box is delivered if desired.
- Step 3. After collection, the cartridges, mobile phones, and tablets are carefully processed. Reusable devices are given a second life through refurbishing. Unusable items are sustainably recycled to recover valuable raw materials. Smartphones, tablets and laptops are wiped with certified data erasure software.
