Visitor regulations

These regulations apply to the Facility & Building Management trade fair, which will take place on June 2, 3, and 4, 2026, in the Brabanthallen 's-Hertogenbosch, and is organized by HoLaPress Communicatie in Valkenswaard, hereinafter referred to as the trade fair organizers.

1. Access to the Facility & Building Management trade fair floor is only permitted with a visitor badge, which is issued after (pre)registration. Only the trade fair organizers are authorized to issue visitor badges. Visitor badges are strictly personal and may only be used by the registered participant. Both the visitor badge and (pre)registration are free of charge.
2. Access to the exhibition floor is only granted after the barcode on the visitor badge has been scanned. This takes place at the entrance to the exhibition floor.
3. All information on the badge is personal, but the visitor badge must be worn visibly on the exhibition floor. On the exhibition floor, visitors are required to have this information read by the exhibition organizer's staff. At exhibitor stands, visitors are required to have the barcode on their visitor badge scanned and the information read at the exhibitor's request. Both are considered a form of identification.
4. Visitors entering the exhibition floor are at their own risk. The exhibition organizers are not liable for any damage suffered by visitors on the exhibition floor.
5. Using their visitor badge, visitors only have access to the aisles and the organization's facilities, such as lecture halls, the catering terrace, etc. Access to the stands is reserved for the exhibitor; access to all other areas is reserved for the Jaarbeurs.
6. No one outside the organization is permitted on the trade fair floor to take photographs, film, or otherwise make (digital or audiovisual) recordings of anything happening or located on the trade fair floor without written permission from the trade fair organizers.
7. All attendees on the trade fair floor fully agree that the trade fair organizers, or other organizations or individuals authorized by the trade fair organizers, may distribute recordings or images of visitors.
8. Visitors must follow organizational instructions from trade fair organizers at all times.
9. Employees of the trade fair organization are entitled at all times to immediately remove visitors from the trade fair floor, without giving reasons or any compensation.
10. By registering, visitors agree to these visitor regulations for the 2026 edition of the Facility & Building Management trade fair.
11. These visitor regulations also include the terms and conditions for visitor registration.
12. In all situations not provided for in these visitor regulations, the trade fair organization has the exclusive right to make a binding decision, which is legally valid with immediate effect.
13. Only the trade fair organizers are authorized to amend these visitor regulations. Dutch law applies to these visitor regulations.
