Every supplier in the field of workplaces, building environments, and/or building management has one or more areas of expertise, enabling them to provide clients with expert advice and/or information. What should facility managers and building managers consider when solving problems, and how can they best handle their responsibilities for the workplaces and the building?
The participants' expertise is often based on practical experience, product development, and/or self-study. Their expertise is informal and perhaps biased, but in all cases, it's valuable. Their expertise isn't just for the faint of heart. Therefore, the participants can significantly assist visiting facility managers in their orientation. And who knows, sharing expertise might even lead to a long-term relationship.
