In the field of facility management and/or building management, there are hardly any services and/or products that aren't a solution to something; and hardly any solution that isn't based on an underlying problem. This Solutions subsection focuses on both solutions and problems. Therefore, the approach to a solution is twofold. By first identifying the problem for which the solution is intended, both the problem and the solution are optimally addressed.
By approaching the solution from the problem's perspective, the reading staff, who are responsible for facilities management, are much more likely to recognize and acknowledge the value of a solution. This way, they simultaneously become acquainted with both a problem in their organization and the available solution to solve it. This best serves both the visiting staff member, who is responsible for facilities management, and the trade show participant. Who knows, it might just be the start of a long-lasting relationship.
