Many organizations still manage cleaning based on fixed rounds and checklists. This method shows when cleaning was performed but provides limited insight into the actual situation on location. Was it the right time? How busy was it? And how did visitors perceive the quality?
INPRC helps facility managers and cleaning organizations answer these questions with real-time data. The Quality Management System (QMS) combines data on usage, visitor experience, and operational performance in a single platform. This provides insight into where, when, and how much cleaning is needed.
The differentiating factor lies not only in data collection, but primarily in translating it into concrete management information. Facility organizations gain insight into visitor flows, peak times, and quality perception. This enables them to deploy cleaning more effectively, improve quality, and simultaneously manage available capacity and budgets more efficiently.
The approach is now being applied at station locations of NS Stations and ProRail. Currently, 134 sanitary facilities are connected to the INPRC system, spread across 107 locations in the Netherlands. In 2025 alone, nearly 174.000 feedback moments were recorded. In addition, over 1.500 supplementary responses were received via QR feedback.
The results show that data-driven cleaning actually has an impact. The customer experience improved by approximately 15%. In addition, the number of locations scoring at or above the set quality standard increased by about 20%.
This development fits within a broader movement in facility management: the transition from fixed cleaning schedules to real-time quality management. No longer cleaning based on assumptions or fixed times, but cleaning where and when it is needed. This results in greater control over quality, visitor experience, and costs.
With this approach, INPRC makes cleaning more transparent, measurable, and predictable for facility managers, building managers, and cleaning organizations.
