Lectures, valuable and free knowledge transfer

It's a long-standing tradition for the trade fair organizers to have participants share their knowledge with visitors. To this end, the trade fair organizers organize lecture programs on every day of each edition. Also in the 27th This edition has been chosen to focus on the trade fair themes. In the lead-up to the trade fair, a valuable program of lectures (see overview below) will be presented by experienced experts.

All lectures on the exhibition floor are free to attend. Visitors attending a lecture will be scanned by the organizers. The attendee list will only be shared with the participant of that lecture. Visitors attending multiple lectures will therefore be placed on multiple lists.

Quality

To ensure the highest possible quality of the lectures offered, the trade fair organizers require that they comply with the lecture guidelines. These guidelines were established by the trade fair organizers to ensure that visitors are assured that the lectures are of sufficient content. A lecture committee, chaired by Henny Brullemans, a member of the editorial team of the Facilitair Journaal (Facilities Journal), assesses the content of the lectures offered against these guidelines. The goal is to ensure that the lecture can be considered a transfer of knowledge.

lectures

The lectures will be held in separate rooms on the exhibition floor. Speakers will have approximately 20 minutes of speaking time, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Afterward, there will be a 5-minute window between lectures for new attendees to be seated and scanned, and for speakers to set up their lectern.

With the increase in offerings, the lecture program is also expanding. Each listing is structured so that anyone wishing to learn more about a topic or connect with a participant or speaker will find sufficient information in the description. In this way, the lecture program fulfills the function of knowledge sharing not only on the exhibition floor, but also from the moment the lecture announcement is published on this website.
