For the Netherlands, Belgium
and North Rhine-Westphalia

For facility professionals from 14 sectors

Whether it concerns non-residential buildings for healthcare, government, or education, or business parks, residential buildings, or commercial buildings, no organization in any sector can avoid facilities and/or building management. It doesn't matter whether they perform these tasks themselves, outsource them, or collaborate with other organizations. It also makes no difference whether the work is carried out for their own staff, visitors, or guests. Regardless of the area of the organization in which it occurs, at what level, when, to what extent, or with what desired result, facilities and/or building management are always relevant.

The areas in which this support of the primary process takes place are equally diverse. They range from visitor registration and sun blinds to security and relocations; and everything in between. They can be one-time or recurring, or relate to organizational processes, the building, production, facilities, workplaces, or the (work) environment.

At least 14 sectors

Although the principles differ across sectors, many of the activities in facility and building management are often recognizable to everyone. The cultural sector has different emphases than retail, and those of healthcare institutions differ from those of educational institutions. However, compared to each other, facility services and building management often largely resemble each other. This is why the Facility & Building Management trade fair has been so legitimized for over a quarter of a century. Since its inaugural edition in January 1999, this oldest event for facility services and building management has brought together thousands of suppliers and prospective clients annually to exchange knowledge, information, innovations, and/or insights into facility and building management. This applies to at least 14 sectors.
