Waste separation in style, experience, and sustainability

May 12, 2026 | From the editors

Sustainability plays an important role at The Harbour Club Amsterdam. The restaurant works with fresh fish, often caught the same day, and has taken steps towards circular waste management. With the help of Milieu Service Nederland, waste is separated, packaging is reduced, and CO2 emissions are limited through efficient collection methods.

The Harbour Club Amsterdam Oost is a restaurant with international allure, located in a former wine terminal in the Cruquius area. The building offers a unique blend of industrial charm and a luxurious experience.

Following a thorough renovation, the restaurant has been completely renewed. The bar now forms the centerpiece, perfect for both a drink and a dance. The wine cooler, with space for 3.000 bottles, emphasizes the attention to detail. The private room 'Next Door' has also been decorated in the same style and is perfectly suited for events and business meetings.

The Harbour Club Amsterdam Oost proves that gastronomy, design, and responsible entrepreneurship go together perfectly.
