With the implementation of a cloud solution and the Tattile Vega Basic license plate recognition system , FrieslandCampina automated truck traffic at its Bedum facility. This was carried out in collaboration with PASS Toegangssystemen, who applied their expertise to improve access for trucks.
With this system, trucks can now enter the site smoothly and safely. Additionally, it ensures a faster flow of vehicles. Up to 200 trucks arrive at FrieslandCampina daily to deliver milk. The new automation makes it possible to manage this traffic flow smoothly. Direct access control ensures that processes run faster without compromising safety.
