In the heart of Kampen, healthcare institution IJsselheem has completely renovated its top floor. The modernization was necessary after 15 years without major adjustments. The goal was to create an efficient, flexible working environment that meets the contemporary requirements of hybrid working.
The old workspaces were no longer adequate; there was a need for more dynamism and collaboration. The new setup focuses on meeting and collaborating, with a strong focus on audiovisual technologies.
AENC furnished various meeting rooms with high-end videoconferencing-equipment and user-friendly controls. This enables employees to easily start meetings via Microsoft Teams with just one press of a button.
Through the implementation of a reservation system, employees are easily able to book workspaces. Each desk is equipped with a NFC tag, whereby checking in with a smartphone is simple. This approach prevents spaces from going unused and ensures optimal utilization.
The collaboration with AENC resulted in user-friendly systems. The new workplace concepts have now been fully accepted by the employees.
