Facta International: A modern translation of culture. For Facta International, we were commissioned to translate South African coffee and cocoa culture into a modern and functional office concept. In an open space of approximately 250 m², we created a smart zoning that fosters interaction without sacrificing tranquility. The centerpiece of this design is the central coffee bar, a handcrafted, custom-made object from our own furniture workshop in The Hague. Through a bold mix of color, tranquility, and artisanal craftsmanship, a work environment has been created that is perfect in every respect and breathes the company's culture.
Andriessen in WTC Rotterdam: Warmth and connection at a high level. In the iconic WTC Rotterdam, Femkeido Office transformed a previously cold floor into a warm and extremely home-like office for Andriessen. In this stylish work environment, connection and tranquility take center stage. By combining the business context of the WTC with soft materials, a well-thought-out lighting plan, and high-quality furnishings, we have created a space that brings the human scale back to the workplace.
Our comprehensive approach: Unburdening you from A to Z. For both projects, we handled the entire process. From the initial 2D and 3D design and technical installations (such as climate control and glass partitions) to the furniture and the very last details of the finishing touches. Our strength lies in the combination of our in-house design studio, our furniture workshop, and a carefully selected collection of designer furniture.
