The Norma Bijsterhuizen distribution center, located on the business park between Nijmegen and Wijchen, is a remarkable project in which the emphasis lies on both efficiency and sustainability. Developed by Heembouw Architects, the center covers an area of 34.320 m², supplemented by 1.440 m² of office space. The location, directly adjacent to the A73 and A326, offers optimal logistical connections that are essential for modern business operations.

Heembouw paid special attention to a green design, resulting in parking spaces that look attractive even when not fully occupied.
