The Woongoed Middelburg Foundation rents out social housing in Middelburg. Reliable mobility is essential for employees. Every day, they use one of three electric cars or one of six shared bicycles for home visits, inspections, or repairs, ensuring that residents receive quick and efficient service.
Previously, the organization used a system where vehicles could be unlocked with a tag. This led to problems: vehicles were sometimes used without a reservation, and booking through Outlook was cumbersome. Key management was inconsistent, resulting in incorrect keys or bicycles being taken.
weGo offered a solution. Employees can easily reserve cars and bicycles through the platform and open them directly from their phones. Misuse without a reservation is impossible, and key management is unnecessary. The helpdesk offers additional support for questions or problems.
Since the switch, clarity and ease of use have been restored. Kevin Reijnders: “weGo listens to wishes and takes ideas seriously, so that the system fits in with our practice.”
