The importance of tidy spaces is evident from the consequences, such as improved performance, less irritation, more time, a better company image, a healthier environment, less stress, and/or increased safety. "Tidy" often means putting things away and storing them. After all, items don't disappear by tidying them away. At most, they are moved. Therefore, these items should be placed where they are available when needed.
