Since time immemorial, people have wished each other well at the beginning of the new year. Only the timing differs because, due to a different calendar, people like the Chinese, Jews, and Muslims use a different year calendar than the Christian calendar generally followed in the Western world. Because of this, the trade fair organizers maintain the custom of sending New Year's greetings starting on January 1st. As society becomes increasingly digital, New Year's greetings are naturally digital as well.
The trade fair organizers' invitation to the participants of the 27th edition to send New Year's greetings on their behalf to visitors of previous editions was met with approval by several of them. They have asked the trade fair organizers to post the New Year's greetings below. They would, of course, appreciate receiving a New Year's greeting in return.
