Newsletters, sources of knowledge, solutions and inspiration

Many companies send newsletters to their clients. Naturally, they do this to easily maintain contact with customers and to acquire new ones. However, this wasn't a factor in the editorial team's decision to start a section for identifying newsletters. However, it is clear that many newsletters offer added value to many professionals in facility management and building management.

Newsletters are often sources of knowledge. They often contain so much background information on certain topics that they constitute a true knowledge resource. While not intended for unedited use, they are a form of knowledge sharing that is certainly enriching for website visitors.

The current perspective also makes newsletters interesting for identifying solutions currently available in the sector. While this is naturally biased by the provider, it's still a useful tool for comparing them with what others offer. And in some cases, it perfectly matches what the web reader is looking for.

Newsletters are also a source of inspiration. While much of the information doesn't necessarily provide knowledge or a solution, it does set the web visitor on a specific train of thought that points in a certain direction. It's like a sniffer dog. Newsletters sometimes lead readers to discover things that would otherwise remain hidden.

Finally, a practical consideration. By collecting all newsletters and making them accessible, the editorial team adds value to both this platform and the newsletters themselves. Website visitors are no longer forced to subscribe to newsletters or have to search for them themselves; publishers also reach interested professionals with their newsletters who are not part of their client database. This platform thus connects.
