Visiting conditions

These terms and conditions apply to (pre)registration for visitors to the Facilitair & Gebouwbeheer trade fair, which will take place on June 2, 3, and 4, 2026, at the Brabanthallen 's-Hertogenbosch. This fair is organized by HoLaPress Communicatie in Valkenswaard, hereinafter referred to as the trade fair organizers.

  1. Pre-registration is required to obtain a visitor badge, which grants access to the exhibition floor. Registration of trade show visitors is the exclusive responsibility of the exhibition organizers.
  2. (Pre)registration for the Facility & Building Management trade fair is strictly personal and free of charge. Registration does not grant any rights other than access to the 2026 exhibition floor.
  3. Only individuals who belong to the target group for the Facility & Building Management trade fair are eligible to register, unless the trade fair organizers determine otherwise. Individuals who register implicitly declare that they:
    a. belong to the target group of the Facility & Building Management trade fair;
    b. have provided correct and complete information.
    c. agree to the terms and conditions of this registration in full and without reservation.
  4. This registration serves as both a registration for access to the 2026 edition of the Facilitair & Gebouwbeheer trade fair and the Facilitair Journaal (Facilities Journal). The registration is valid for twelve months. If the registrant has not indicated their intention to terminate their registration before the expiration date, it will automatically be extended for twelve months under the then-current terms and conditions. Only if these new terms and conditions differ significantly from those applicable at the time of the old registration will the trade fair organizers be required to notify the registrant and offer them the opportunity to re-register.
  5. Registered visitors agree that the information they provide may be shared with exhibitors or others if they consent to this. This is the case, for example, when visiting a booth or attending lectures.
  6. Trade fair registration also means that the registrant agrees to receive all publications, both written and digital, from both the trade fair organizers and the publisher of the Facilitair Journaal. This includes both those issued at the time of registration and those issued (or to be issued) in the future, at least for as long as the registration is valid.
  7. The personal information provided by registrants may be used for commercial purposes by the trade fair organization, the publisher of the Facilitair Journaal, and the administrator of their websites. The personal and contact information provided during registration may be used without restriction and in full by the trade fair organization, the publisher of the Facilitair Journaal, and/or the administrator of their websites for all purposes covered by these terms and conditions for the duration of this registration. The data provided in connection with this registration will not be shared with third parties unless the trade fair organization is ordered to do so by the Dutch authorities or has received permission from the registrant.
  8. The commercial purposes of this registration include the following activities:
    a. Issuing of the visitor badge for the 2026 edition of the trade fair;
    b. Subscription acquisition for the Facility Journal.
    c. Visitor recruitment for trade fairs and other events;
    d. Communication for third parties with whom the trade fair organization and the publisher of the Facilitair Journaal have or are entering into a commercial relationship.
    e. Training offers by HoLaPress Congress Bureau.
  9. The trade fair organization reserves the right to change these registration conditions at any time.
  10. These terms and conditions of registration are governed by Dutch law.
